Packaging Information

• Standard Packaging

  • All orders will be packaged in tissue with signature THE OUTNET stickers. To protect your purchases during transit, your order will be placed inside a brown box.

• Totes

  • All first orders receive an exclusive, reusable THE OUTNET tote for free. Plus, subsequent orders over £400/€400/$500 are also entitled to receive an exclusive THE OUTNET tote.

• Garment Bags

  • All clothing items over £300/€350/$400 will be packaged in an exclusive, reusable THE OUTNET garment bag to keep them safe in transit. There are two sizes available. The size most appropriate to the clothing will be automatically chosen.
