What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are sent to you and saved on your computer or mobile device, which are then retransmitted to the same sites the next time you visit. Thanks to cookies, the site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as sign in details, preferred language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be indicated again when the user returns to the site or navigates from one page to another.
