How do you incorporate your personal style into your activewear?
Pilates is my life – work, play and personal time. Beautiful, chic activewear is a must. Looking stylish when teaching or taking a class is essential for how you feel about yourself.
What’s on your workout playlist?
My husband and partner Brion toured as a musician and was also a DJ. He curates every class playlist at NYP. We both work on the flows together so that the workout intensity is paired with the right intensity of track.
Pilates every day, or do you switch up your workouts?
Pilates every day. Every workout is unique and full-body. I also really enjoy biking, yoga or the occasional beach run or swim in Montauk.
Green juice or glass of champagne?
I love both! I also love both at the same time – it’s like a green juice mimosa. I recommend a green juice with a pineapple base. It also cures hangovers!
What’s the best exercise to feel the burn?
Rotated planks or rotated abs – it’s great to feel my obliques on fire. Very satisfying! And so good for you.
