Roland Mouret is self-taught, having grown up in rural south-west France, moving to Paris and then to London where he launched his fashion career. He celebrated 20 years in design in 2017, and is best known for his iconic dresses, styles known only by a single name – Galaxy, Moon, Titanium and Pigalle.

Roland Mouret is celebrated among his clients for separates, specifically tops that flatter and beautifully fitted trousers, and for keeping things modern for women’s complex lives.
