If you could only do one yoga pose for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Pigeon pose. It gets into the hip flexors as well as the butt so you get a balanced release of pain and tension at the front and in the lower back.
What’s your perfect smoothie recipe?
The Green Boss
• 1 small frozen banana (peel your bananas before you freeze them)
• 2 handfuls baby spinach
• 30g scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup ice
• 1 cup cashew milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
Pour all of the ingredients into a strong blender, whiz it up and drink straight away.
