We aim to send your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends) once we’ve accepted it. During Clearance and busier times, it can take slightly longer. Stay tuned for an email as soon as it has left us with tracking details.
Taxes and Duties
We ship to the United States on a Delivery Duty Paid (DPP) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout where applicable.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. It's your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that haven't been taxed by THE OUTNET and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, we're unable to send the following items to some destinations:
- exotic skins
- fine jewelry of certain compositions
A message will be displayed on the product page if we're unable to ship this style to your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.
If you aren’t registered on THE OUTNET, select ‘Track your order’ at the top of the page, enter your email address and order number, and follow the steps provided.
Signing For Your Purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, including Aramex, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
