You can create a return and send back your purchase within 28 days of receipt. Plus, we'll come and collect from your home, work or alternate address.
Please ensure you fill out the returns proforma invoices that came with your parcel when returning your order to ensure smooth clearance with customs. Items should be returned new, unused and with all THE OUTNET and designer garment tags still attached. For more information, view our Returns Policy.
