Taxes and Duties
Duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD. As of July 1, 2018, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be displayed at checkout. The total you pay when placing your order includes all duties and tax owed to Customs. Please note, you will not be charged any further costs when your delivery arrives.
Please also be aware that due to the way we deliver to Australia and for Australian Customs purposes, customers are named as the importer of record. As part of this, THE OUTNET is required to supply Australian Border Force with a customer’s Customs Client Identifier or “CCID”. If you do not have a CCID, then Australian Border Force will set one up on your behalf.
As THE OUTNET has to follow international trading agreements and regulations, we're unable to dispatch the following items to some destinations:
- exotic skins
- fine jewelry of certain compositions
A message will be displayed on the product page if we are unable to ship this style to your location.
Delivery Processing Time
Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.
If you aren’t registered on THE OUTNET, select ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER' under My Account on the top left corner of our site and enter your order number.
Signing For Your Purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchases safe until they've reached you - promise! Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, including Aramex, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
