Your Delivery Options

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. 


We ship to you on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout.

Product Restrictions

As THE OUTNET has to follow international trading agreements and regulations, we're unable to dispatch the following items to some destinations:

  • exotic skins
  • fine jewelry of certain compositions

A message will be displayed on the product page if we're unable to ship this style to your location. 

Delivery Processing Time

Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We'll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.


Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, excluding Saturday and Sunday, where your items will be processed and dispatched.


While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.


We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.
   
If you aren’t registered on THE OUTNET, select ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER' under My Account on the top left corner of our site and enter your order number. 


DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY


Our shipping partner gives you the option to manage your delivery whilst it’s on its way to you. Simply visit the DHL ODD (On Demand Delivery) site, select your location, enter the waybill number found in your dispatch email, and choose from the following options:


  • Reschedule your delivery for a nominated day
  • Place your shipment on hold
  • Leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbor
  • Arrange to collect your purchase from a DHL service point


If you entered your mobile phone number at checkout, you’ll also receive an SMS once your order has left us with a link to the site.

Signing For Your Purchase

You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchases safe until they've reached you - promise! Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

PO Boxes

As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, including Aramex, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
