Your Delivery Options

Our delivery options and costs may vary. View what's currently available at checkout.

    We aim to send your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends) once we’ve accepted it. During Clearance and busier times, it can take slightly longer. Stay tuned for an email as soon as it has left us with tracking details.

    Taxes and Duties

    We ship to you on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.   

    Once your order arrives at its destination, you'll be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you will accept these terms.    

    From January 1, 2020, duty-free thresholds applied to goods imported for personal use will be reduced to EUR 200 and/or 31 kg per shipment. Additionally, customs payments will be reduced to 15% of the exceeding customs value, but no less than EUR 2 per each kg over the limit.     

    Product Restrictions

    Due to international trading agreements and regulations, we're unable to send the following items to some destinations:

    • exotic skins
    • fine jewelry of certain compositions

    A message will be displayed on the product page if we're unable to ship this style to your location. 

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.

    If you aren’t registered on THE OUTNET, select ‘Track your order’ at the top of the page, enter your email address and order number, and follow the steps provided.

    Signing For Your Purchase

    You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

    PO Boxes

    As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, including Aramex, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.

    Your personal Tax ID/VAT number must now be provided with all shipments. In most cases, DHL will obtain this themselves, but we may contact you if they require any additional information.

    If you don't have a taxpayer number you can apply for one from your local tax authority. 

    The Federal Customs Service of Russia calculates customs fees based on the total value of goods imported by each customer within a one month period.

    We recommend that you keep track of the orders you place, as in a small number of areas in Russia, if you exceed the monthly import threshold amount, your purchase will be sent back to us.
