Geneva-born Sabine Getty has thrown some fabulous parties in her time. A member of the Getty dynasty, her three-day Rome wedding back in 2015 was what fashion dreams are made of. The celebrations started with a _Dangerous Liaisons _fancy dress party and continued with a ceremony at the Basilica of the Twelve Apostles, where she wore _that _exquisite haute couture Schiaparelli dress and had a star-studded guest list to boot. Undeniably chic in every way, Sabine knows how to RSVP in style. Both glamazon and globetrotter, she’s lived in New York, Paris, the south of France, Beirut and LA but now calls London home.

I like the fact that where I live is not necessarily a quiet residential place, and yet in my home it is very quiet. So I like the sort of contrast between the activity going on right around us and yet the sort of quiet private life we can have.
BELLAMY’S – French brasserie restaurant (18 Bruton Place, Mayfair)
I’m obsessed with restaurants first of all, and Bellamy’s is pretty much the nearest to perfection that I have ever experienced in London. Everything is a classic, it’s nothing complicated its simple things but just well executed. I like that feeling like any second someone amazing, like Joanna Lumley could arrive, or literally the Queen, the queen has actually been for lunch at Bellamy’s.
It’s casual but in an elegant way, you’re not going to arrive like a slob. So I’m going to wear my jeans and my t-shirt and then I’m going to wear a nice vintage blazer, nice shoes or just a little thing that is going to make you look more put together.
DAVID GILL GALLERY – Contemporary designer & art gallery (2-4 King Street, St. James’ Mayfair)
I discovered the David Gill Gallery, I think, by walking around in the beginning because it’s in my neighbourhood. You can easily pass by, go there, there’s always something interesting. Once I am in the gallery I love it and everyone is welcome. Friends of mine literally had things showing there. The latest one that I’ve been to was for my mother-in-law, she does beautiful glass sculptures so I went to see her show. That show was incredible, there was a great crowd, really fun people.
I feel very comfortable when I am wearing a suit and heels and a beautiful shirt or a little bow tie. I feel super glamorous and kind of old school, but you can still look very, very feminine.
LE FUMOIR – CLARIDGES – Cocktail bar & restaurant (Clardige’s, Brook Street, Mayfair)
I love the Fumoir bar because it is so small and so you have a feeling of being in a secret little space or in a jewellery box, I just love the whole aesthetic. I feel like also when you go into Claridge’s its really like coming into another world, in the best possible way, it’s all art-deco and beautiful and untouched.
I really like to really dress up and be super glamorous. It can be vintage things, but it can be new things. I actually put in the effort, I like a good Cher moment. I like that old glam, the feathers, the sequins. I’m going to have a glass of champagne, or two, or three! Then I go home, then I’m done!
