To make sure you receive your purchase in time for the holidays, place your order by the following:
Premier Daytime: 10am EST on December 24th
Premier Evening: 2pm EST on December 23rd
Express: 12pm EST on December 20th
Standard: 12pm EST on December 17th
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on all orders (where applicable). It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by THE OUTNET and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
We ship to most destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Some destinations will have a custom duties threshold where orders under a certain amount are exempt from taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs bureau to find out if your country/region has such a threshold.
As THE OUTNET has to follow international trading agreements and regulations, we're unable to dispatch the following items to some destinations:
- exotic skins
- fine jewelry of certain compositions
A message will be displayed on the product page if we are unable to ship this style to your location.
Delivery Processing Time
Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.
If you aren’t registered on THE OUTNET, select ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER' under My Account on the top left corner of our site and enter your order number.
Signing For Your Purchase
You can rest assured that we’ll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. During delivery, your order is insured against theft and accidental damage. Once delivered to the specified address, it’s no longer covered by us.
We know you can’t always be there to sign for your purchase. That’s why we’ve given you the choice to receive your order without a signature. By opting out, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
When placing an order, the signature option will be automatically set for you to sign for your parcel but you can change this at checkout. If your purchase is above a certain value, we’ll need to collect a signature to make sure it reaches you.
As we’re unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, including Aramex, make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
