Aquazzura's 'The Great Sinner' boots are set on a towering block heel balanced by a sturdy platform, both grounded with gripped rubber for traction. They've been made in Italy from textured-leather in a lace-up design and have a slim buckled strap that appears to wrap around the ankle at first glance. The side zip, however, makes them so easy to get on and off.
